‘wtf is self-care?’ was a self-published newsletter that began in August of 2018 and ran until mid-2020.
It was created to share my story and showcase the resources that helped me while trying to figure out my own self-care routine. Over the course of the 36 volumes of this newsletter, I covered a wide range of self-care topics, including social media detoxes, mental health hygiene, meditation techniques, and more. I shared my own story plus shared links to articles, podcast recs, videos, and other resources.
